The Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram

The Lesser Banishing Ritual of the Pentagram seems
to be very effective and protects your rituals from
negative energies that will try to affect your magical
outcome. It acts as a huge bright protective shield
against unwanted entities and negative thoughts.
Within this powerful shield the potency of the spell is
held ready to be released into the universe to
materialize your desires. Its like taking a soda bottle
and shaking it vigorously until the bubbles shoot out
at the top ready to explode. After opening the bottle
the soda shoots out everywhere! Imagine that same
bursting energy that you will be working with after the
magical circle is cast. Once the circle has been taken
down, the energy is then released. This is why you
need to be careful not to do a spell that is against
someone else’s will or to hurt someone else, for that
same bursting energy will come right back to you with
three times the power then when it was sent out.

I have used this quick and highly effective technique
for many years that even during sleep when I’m about
to experience an unpleasant dream of negative beings
chasing me, I will consciously do the LBRP with
success every time! You could even start your day
performing this ritual as it tends to rid your aura of
negativity and enhances your visualization as well.

If you’d like to read more on the history of the LBRP I
suggest you read Modern Magick by Donald Micheal
Kraig. This book will give you a strong basis on the
kabbalah and high magic which can be greatly
beneficial to most spells you intend to do.
In the ritual I have written below, you will notice
words in parenthesis next to the bold words you will
vibrate or say aloud. The words in bold are n Hebrew
and the words in parenthesis are translated in
English. You only have to vibrate the words in bold.

What you will need:
*2 white candles
*Sage, frankincense & myrrh or sandalwood
incense.
*Small dagger, kitchen knife or your index finger

The Kabbalistic Cross
Enter your sacred space. Sit or stand in the center of
the room behind your altar facing east. Your altar can
be a small coffee table or anything similar to perform
your magic on. Light two white altar candles. Close
your eyes and visualize that you are growing in length
and width. Feel your body expanding beyond your
sacred space, bigger then the city, the state, and
country. You can now see the earth below your feet.
Space now surrounds you and you can see the
planets. Above your head you can see and feel a
bright brilliance caressing the top of your head. As the
light intensifies bring your index finger or dagger
(whichever you prefer) above your head to touch the
white light. While bringing the light down to your
forehead.
Vibrate- AH-TAH. (Thine)
Bring the light to the groin pointing downward as you
visualize the beam of light shooting into the earth.
Vibrate: MAHL-koot (Kingdom)
Touch your right shoulder as you visualize the white
beam of light extending out towards the right out into
the universe. Vibrate: Vih-G’boo-Rah (and the power)
Bring your finger or dagger to your left shoulder
visualizing the beam of white light extending out
towards the left into the universe. Vibrate: Vih-G’doo-
Lah. (and the glory)
Now clasp both of your hands together as you bring
them to the center of your chest. Vibrate: Lih-ohlahm,
Ah-Men. (Amen)

Drawing down the Pentagrams
* Walk towards the east facing east looking away from
the center. Point your right index finger or
dagger/athame outside your left hip. As your finger is
pointing towards the east draw a bright blue line all
the way up towards the top of your head then back
down towards your right hip. Now from the right hip
carry that line diagonally across to the left shoulder
then go back across horizontally to the right shoulder.
Take that line back down to the left hip where you
started from. You have created the banishing
pentagram.

* Visualize it in bright flaming blue! Now point to the
center. Breathe in as you take both hands to the side
of your head by your ears. Right hand index finger or
dagger should be pointing forward and the left hand
should be clenched in a fist as the index finger should
be pointing forward as well. Inhale as
you visualize breathing in the power within as it flows
down towards the bottom of your feet out into the
earth.

* As you step forward with your left foot, thrust your
hands towards the center of the pentagram you just
created. (this position is called the Godform or the
sign of the Enterer) At the same time exhale as you
release the energy from within and vibrate, say out
loud: Yud-Heh-Vahv-Heh

* Step back to your original position and bring our
hands back to your ears. Bring your left hand down to
your side as you take your right index finger/dagger
point towards the center of the pentagram. Visualize a
white brilliant light shooting out from you ring index
finger or dagger. With this light draw a line fro the
center of the east pentagram towards the south. Draw
the same blue flaming pentagram as described
previously. Perform the sign of the enterer vibrate; Ah-
Doh-Nye

* Now continue the circle by bringing the line back to
the center of the East Pentagram. Walk back to the
center in a clockwise fashion (from left to right) and
face east again.

* Visualize this white brilliance expanding and
surrounding you like a bright bubble above, below
and all around. Visualize the bright blue flaming
pentagrams at each quarter or direction glowing
brightly. They have been charged and sealed with the
names of God which are associated magically with the
four elements Air, Earth, Fire, and Water.

Evoking the Archangels
* Stand facing east with your hands stretched out
towards the sides forming a cross. This position
represents the four directions.

* Before you, coming from the east visualize a figure
dressed in a yellow robe with purple highlights
carrying a caduceus wand (symbol entwined by
serpents) As this figure approaches you feel its energy
rushing before you like an nice cool breeze. He
represents the Element Air. Say: Before me Raphael
(Rah-fay-El)!

* Behind you, a figure dressed in a dark blue robe
with orange highlights approaches you with a chalice
or cup of water. Feel its energy rushing from behind
you of a moist ocean breeze. He represents the
Element Water. Say: Behind me Gabriel (Gahb-ray-
El)!

* Look to your right hand side and visualize a figure
dressed in scarlet with green highlights. He holds a
flaming sword. Feel its hot energy rushing into your
right hand up your arms. He represents the Element
Fire. Say: On my right hand Micheal! (Mee-chai-El)!
* Look to your left hand side and visualize a figure in
a brown robe with green highlights or visualize a
human figure made up of leaves coming out of the
forest. He holds some wheat and barley. Feel its cool
earthy energy. Say: And on my left hand Ariel (Ohrree-
EL)

* Now visualize as you step your left foot out to the
left a bright blue flaming pentagram surrounding you
aligning its shape to your body. Say: For about me
flames the Pentagram! Look down at your heart,
visualize a golden six rayed star. Say: Within me
shines the six rayed star.

* Repeat the Kabbalistic Cross
After this ritual is performed you and your spells are
protected from unwanted energies. Because the LBRP
is so powerful you can walk in and out of the circle
without having to worry about any unwanted

energy that has been created stays there charged
keeping negativity away s you are freely able to walk
In and out of the circle.

The more you practice the more powerful you will
become. Your visualization and concentration will
increase. Please make sure to practice this ritual
daily, at least twice a day. Do it after you wake up,
and do it before you go to bed. You will start to notice
a change within yourself and you will begin to feel
different. Others will sense something different in you
as well.
