Astrological Timing
By determining what zodiac sign the moon is in will
determine the outcome of your spell. As the moon
transits through a certain sign during that specific
day this greatly influences what your magical
outcome will be. By observing this you will need to
choose a day and check the magical almanac even the
farmer’s almanac under which planet the sign is ruled
by.

For example, you want to cast a spell to bring good
luck. You will then need to perform the spell on a
Thursday. You now see that the day is ruled by
Jupiter. So now you will need to see if the zodiac sign
that is ruled by Jupiter is transiting during that day.
The only sign that is ruled by Jupiter is Sagittarius. If
you find that the moon is transiting through
Sagittarius on that day then you can perform your
good luck spell. If for some reason the moon isn’t
transiting through Sagittarius, you can also perform
the spell on a Sunday which is also for good luck and
see if the sun is transiting through Sagittarius or Leo.
Of course make sure the moon is waxing during this
time. But lets say if you want to do a spell during the
waning phase to bring good luck to you. You can
banish blocks from obtaining good luck as another
alternative. Always use the waning phase to banish.
Listed below are the description of each sign the moon
transits through and the zodiacs ruling planet and
element it is associated with.

Moon in Aries- Brings courage, strength, power,
independence, victory, justice, ambition, overcoming
conflict. Great time for beginnings, and quick action.
But things begun under this sign may not last very
long. Not a good time for spells involving stability and
security or commitment. Ruling Planet: Mars
Element: Fire

Moon in Taurus- Brings stability, security, love,
home, money, all the things of the earth, success,
business ventures, things done during this time
brings long lasting results and increase in value.
Great time to plan your wedding, do love spells, or
spells involving financial stability or business success.
Spells done during this time are hard to break. Ruling
Planet: Venus Element: Earth

Moon in Gemini- Spells performed under this moon
may be easily changed or altered by a third party or
outside influences. Brings mental clarity, travel,
communication skills, enhance psychic and magical
powers, memory, cleverness, persuasive speech,
writing, inspiration, divination. Ruling Planet:
Mercury Element: Air

Moon in Cancer- You will feel your emotions
heightened under this sensitive moon. Cast spells
